TikTok Shop photo checker
Drop in a product photo to see whether it’s ready to be the main image of a TikTok Shop listing, and what to fix if it isn’t.
Your photo never leaves this device. Nothing is uploaded.

What TikTok Shop asks of the main photo
From TikTok Shop’s own seller pages, checked 5 November 2026. Where a page sets no rule, the table says so rather than guess.
| Rule | TikTok Shop |
|---|---|
| Shape | Square, 1:1 |
| Pixels a side | At least 600 |
| File size | Up to 10 MB |
| File type | Not stated |
| Background | Solid, white recommended |
| Product fill | At least 60%, not cropped |
| Photos | Up to 9 square photos, each from a different angle, and one product video. |
- A size that works everywhere. Square at 2,048 × 2,048 pixels, the size Shopify recommends, is inside every marketplace’s limits and sharp when zoomed.

Shoot it ready the first time
The checker fixes the shape and the background after the fact. How to shoot marketplace product photos with an iPhone shows how to get the light, the white sweep and the framing right when you shoot.
Stensa exports Shop photos square and, for videos, Replay turns any shot into a short vertical clip of the guides locking in. Its product templates frame the front view TikTok Shop asks for, and product sets shoot the side, back and detail photos the same way every time.
